The Circle Process - a course

The CIRCLE PROCESS is a course designed to teach the listening and facilitation skills needed for group decision making - at  home, work, or school.  Offered by Howard Community College www.howardcc.edu at Columbia & Laurel, MD.

Coming together in a circle is an ancient peacemaking practice that honors collective wisdom while respecting individual differences.  Facilitation of the circle process offers limitless possibilities for resolving conflicts and building stronger communities.

Learn how to effectively use circles to resolve conflict and strengthen relationships at work, home, or school.  Restorative dialogue circles foster friendships and allow all voices to be heard.  They can be used for consensus building and decision making in the workplace as well as at home to help all parties take responsibility for the affects of their behavior.  This is an interactive course.
